Strawberry Atole Paletas



Enjoy the traditional Mexican flavors of atole combined with the sweetness of fresh strawberries in these delightful paletas.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup masa harina corn flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions:

In a blender, combine strawberries, milk, sugar, masa harina, vanilla extract, and salt

Blend until smooth and well combined

Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top for expansion

Insert popsicle sticks into the molds

Freeze for at least 6 hours or until solid

To unmold, briefly run warm water over the outside of the molds to loosen the popsicles
