Coffee Granita with Cream



Indulge in the refreshing yet bold flavor of coffee granita paired with smooth, creamy whipped cream. Perfect for a summer treat or a refreshing dessert any time of the year.

Ingredients:

  • 4 cups brewed coffee
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions:

Make coffee and add sugar, stirring until it dissolves

It is best to put the coffee mixture in a shallow dish and freeze it

Use a fork to scrape the mixture every 30 minutes to make it look like granita

Repeat for another three to four hours, or until the food is completely frozen

Whip the heavy cream and vanilla extract together in a different bowl until soft peaks form

Put the coffee granita in bowls or glasses and add whipped cream on top of each one
